Pull from donations to curate a set of dishes, arrange the dishes in a photo setting, and take a photo to place on the box itself. Sort incoming donations! Inspect each donation for quality, including looking for rips, stains, chips, tears, and any other defect. Sorting will often work with other departments including sewing and woodworking to ensure that as many items as possible are kept out of the landfill by repairing, repurposing, or recycling. Sorting also saves donations that Flourish cannot use for partner agencies that can best put those items to use. More Information >

Repair upholstered furniture as needed by working alongside the sewing department and sorting to save incoming damaged donations from the landfill. More Information >
