Sort incoming donations! Inspect each donation for quality, including looking for rips, stains, chips, tears, and any other defect. Sorting will often work with other departments including sewing and woodworking to ensure that as many items as possible are kept out of the landfill by repairing, repurposing, or recycling. Be a part of Dream Team and deliver a good night's sleep to each family that comes to Flourish. Help us pick out the preferred mattress size and bed for each guest, and load them on to carts to be transported to the dock for loading.
