Help restore and repair donated upholstered furniture so it is safe, functional, and ready for guests. This role works closely with furniture cleaning volunteers to ensure items are fully prepared for the showroom.
Upholstery Repair volunteers help by:
Repairing damaged upholstered furniture to make it safe and usable
Coordinating with furniture cleaning volunteers to prepare items for guests
Maintaining tools and workspaces in a safe and organized manner

HOURS: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 8:30am to 12:00pm
*Please note Fridays do not have guest services and are often project days. This department may not be available if a core volunteer is unavailable to train you on safety and orientation.
