Flourish Furniture Bank Donation Pick-Up Request

 

Please note that pick-ups are scheduled on a first-come first-served basis. You will receive

an email with a tentative pick-up date and timeframe. Please reply to our pick-up scheduling email in a timely fashion (within 48 hours) to accept and have this date confirmed or a new tentative pick-up date and timeframe will be emailed.

Flourish offers both a volunteer-driven "Regular" pick up service and a "Priority" service.
Regular pick up requires that all items be in the garage or driveway and may take up to two weeks. 
Priority service is a paid service that is quicker and also can pick up items that are inside the home.

Please consider the priority service, if you are able.

 
Regular Pick-Up service is operated entirely by volunteers. Pick-Up dates are typically:

  • Saturday mornings - 8:30am to 12:00pm
  • Monday evenings - 4:00pm to 7:00pm
  • Other shifts may be available.
  • Some small loads may be retrieved by volunteers via Cargo Van on weekdays

The exact date is dependent upon volunteer availability.  We are usually able to pick-up your items

within a 2 week window.

>Priority Pick-Up (veterans retrieve your items for a small fee; through our partner agency ReSupply)

>Direct Drop-Off your items at Flourish Furniture Bank:

     (Donations are accepted Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 12pm)

ATTENTION: YOU MUST MANUALLY ENTER THE STREET ADDRESS AND SELECT THE CORRECT OPTION FROM THE DROP-DOWN MENU WHEN IT POPS UP. 

Please complete and submit these online forms, and then a Flourish team member will contact you to arrange pick-up.

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from our system. Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders, as they often get misdirected there. 

Please note that if your address is not accepted, we do not pick up in your area. Go back to main menu and choose priority pickup (via our partner ReSupply) for a wider service area.
